YEAR 6 MUSIC TRANSITION DAY AT WILMSLOW HIGH SCHOOL

Today our Year 6 choir and steel band members spent the day at the high school. They experienced a fantastic taster day within the Music Department . During the packed musical day, the children experienced a number of different music making activities and workshops including: samba drumming, steel pans, brass playing, ukulele and GarageBand workshop.

Following the morning, in the afternoon, the children had a massed choir singing session, listened to a live brass band rehearsal in the school hall and then met some of the peripatetic music teachers.
