African Drumming

During October all the children have had the opportunity to take part in and experience the African Drums via a series of workshops delivered by Jamie from ‘Drumroots’. The drumming workshops were truly inspirational. In no time at all, the children were able to play along together and create powerful rhythms. The children worked fully as a team, developed their communication skills through an entirely different medium than usual and were thoroughly engaged and motivated.  The workshops were energising, fun and led to a great sense of achievement for all involved!
