6W 2025 - 2026

Welcome to the Year 6W homepage.

The 6W page is where you will be able to find the latest information about the Year 6 curriculum.

We are looking forward to a busy and enjoyable half term that will be full of engaging opportunities for learning.

Homework

Maths and English homework will be assigned every Wednesday and is to be handed in the following Monday.

Year 6 pupils are expected to read every weekday. Please ask your young person about the book they are reading and sign their Learning Records when they have read at home.

Times Tables Rock Stars is a fun and engaging way to practise essential number facts and we expect Year 6 pupils to play at least 3 times per week.

PE

PE kits are to be brought to school on Monday and taken home on Friday. Year 6 swimming lessons will begin on Friday 19th September.
