Year 6 making 3-D shapes

Lesson: Maths

This week we began to visualise 3-D shapes and make models to a given criteria. Throughout the lesson the children worked together to solve problems involving shape and worked out a formula for calculating how many unifix cubes they would need to make a shape to a given criteria.
