Year 5 are treated to a Spanish lesson!

Lesson: Languages

Year 5 pupils were treated to a taster lesson in Spanish from Year 9 "Language Leaders" from Wilmslow High School during their language lesson this afternoon. The theme of the lesson was "clothes" and pupils had great fun learning a variety of clothing in Spanish and also how to introduce themselves. During the lesson new vocabulary was introduced through language games which resulted in a healthy competition between girls and boys! In 5M both teams did really well remembering all the new words and the final score was 16-15 to the boys! Well done! In 5JM following a brilliant effort from everyone the result was a resounding win for the boys!

A HUGE gracias to the students from Wilmslow High School who did an amazing job teaching the classes this afternoon! They were confident and supportive throughout the lessons and had carefully planned to ensure lots of fun, learning and games!
