Lesson: Religious education

This week Year 1 are exploring the religion Christianity. We are learning about Palm Sunday and the Easter Story. 
We discussed how the people of Jerusalem were excited to see Jesus on Palm Sunday and how they were waving Palm Leaves as Jesus walked through the city. We ordered the Easter Story and discussed how the people of Jerusalem believed Jesus was like a King.
