Lesson: Science

We've been studying all about living things in this half term's science topic and our most recent lesson took us outside into the school grounds. We used our handy classification keys to help us to identify some of the trees, shrubs and land invertebrates that inhabit the grounds and took a tally rope what we found. We were surprised at the huge variety of creatures about and we enjoyed producing some observational drawings as well as our recording chart.
