We can jump!

Lesson: EYFS

R1 had a fantastic PE lesson today. We played some different warm up games and moved around in different ways. Then we learnt about different types of jumps. First of all we focussed on trying to jump, starting on two feet and landing on two feet. The children did really well at bending their knees and were able to jump in different ways over the lines. We then learnt some other jumps, landing on one foot, taking a run up before a jump and we even managed some quarter turn jumps. Finally we practised what we had learnt by doing an obstacle course, using all of the different jumps.
