The children in year 3 have been looking at what a verb is and how verbs change depending on the tense. During their Literacy lesson, they wrote sentences using the future tense. Later in the day, we went outside and completed the verbs in the present tense. The children then included their pictures in Comic Life and wrote in the past tense. Below are some examples of the children acting out their verbs.
