The Journey - 4Z

Lesson: English

The children have been really focused and have shown great interest in our current book study for English. The Journey tells the tale of a family who have to flee from a war-torn country. It details the journey they have to make and the strong emotions that they go through along the way. 

The children enjoyed exploring objects related to the story, they've explored some difficult new vocabulary and they've put themselves in the characters' shoes to come up with dialogue that they may have said. 

They've just made their plans for their own narrative and I can't wait to see what they come up with!
