The Great Fire of London visitors!

Lesson: History

This term we have been learning all about the Great Fire of London in Year One and today we had some special visitors. We have been looking at the materials they used to make the buildings and explaining why the fire spread so quickly. We build houses to replicate those from 1666, we then had a visit from the firemen. We burnt down our houses, with their help and watched how quickly the fire spread.
