Summer Walk

Lesson: Science

Today, we went on a summer walk outside in our school grounds. We talked about how the weather has changed from spring to summer and what we might need to wear now it is warmer. We also looked at the trees and plants - everything is so green now! All the trees have lots of leaves and all the blossom is gone. We discussed day length and how now it is much lighter for longer!
