R1 visit Wilmslow Library

R1 had a wonderful visit to Wilmslow library this morning. They enjoyed the walk there and talked about lots of things that we saw. They were very excited to see Christmas decorations around Wilmslow! Whilst at the library, the children learnt about how librarians can help us and what resources we can use at the library for free! The librarian shared one of our favourite stories with us, 'The Cave' and then the children explored all of the books and chose ones to borrow. Lots of the children registered and now have their own library cards and brought home a library book. Thank you to all of the parent helpers that walked to the library with us, it was very much appreciated.
