Pizza Making

We have been looking at micro organisms this half term so we were very lucky that our school cooks were able to arrange a food technology afternoon for us. First we looked at bacteria and that hazards that can occur with food. Then we looked at the effects of yeast. Finally it was time to prepare our pizza dough using yeast. We learnt how to correctly chop vegetables. We added tomato sauce, cheese and a selection of toppings. In they went to the oven.... Ready to take home for our dinner!
