Pizza Express trip for R2

This morning the children in R2 had a brilliant trip out to Pizza Express in Wimslow. We all walked there taking in the features of our local area and then made some delicious margherita pizzas. We discussed and learnt about good hygiene, different ingredients needed and how the dough rises because of the yeast before making our own pizzas to take home. Before setting off back home we then had a sneaky peak in the fridge and the freezer and looked closely at the enormous ovens!
