Nutrition Lesson in R2

Class: R2 Year: 2023 - 2024

This afternoon the children were treated to a lesson all about nutrition from one of our Reception parents. We talked about why it is important to be healthy, how to be healthy and what foods are best for us to have lots of energy and strength. We then worked together to make a healthy rainbow using a range of fruit and vegetables. 

In the children's bags tonight there is a healthy food rainbow to encourage the children to eat different coloured foods across the week.
