Number Bonds and Numberlines in R1

Lesson: Maths

In Maths this week we have been busy learning all about the number bonds to 10. We have used tens frames and numicon to explore the pairs of numbers that make 10. We have also used the Part, Part, Whole model. The children worked together to find out how many different ways they could make 10.

We have also been exploring numberlines. We created our own numberlines using the numicon pieces and investigated finding one more and one less using our numberlines to help us. Great Maths work R1!
