My first day in Year One

The children have had a fantastic first day in Year One. This morning we had a treasure hunt to find different items in our new classroom and took part in a variety of team building activities. This afternoon we drew pictures and wrote sentences about our summer holidays- I was amazed by the use of capital letters, fingers spaces and full stops already. All of the children have been amazing and I can't wait for the year ahead!
