Lesson: Music

In Monday's music lesson we experimented with speaking different rhythms to a beat of four. All the rhythms the children created were their own as were based around what they had done in the school holiday. These ranged from 'I ate sweets' to 'I went windsurfing'. The children did really well, but struggled when we put all these spoken rhythms together. We will practice this and next week hopefully move onto the percusssion instruments.
