Maths in Year 2

Lesson: Maths

We have been looking at numbers in maths. We have been practising writing 1, 2 and 3 digit numbers in figures and words. 

We like to make sure our maths is fun and engaging in Year 2 so we try to engage in  a range of activities. 

Today we've played fruit ninja on the iPads to create 3 digit scores which we then had to change into words. We used dice in pairs to create 2 digit numbers and we used the laptops to play a figure and word balancing game. 

I wonder what our next lesson will involve.
