Making fossils

Lesson: Science

In our Rocks and Soils science topic, we have been learning all about fossils are formed.  We have replicated the process using shells to make trace fossils in clay.   We then filled the moulds with plaster of paris and covered them with sand.  Next week we will try to excavate the fossils we have made.
