Little Red Hen

We have two very happy hens visiting us in Reception. The children have been enjoying learning about how to care for the hens, making sure they have a safe space to stay, are well fed and have access to water. The hens have laid eggs everyday so far so the children have been regularly checking for eggs. We have also been learning about the life cycle of a hen and the children have been independently drawing their own hen life cycles.
