Le 14 juillet!

To celebrate the French national day (Bastille Day) which takes place on 14th July, pupils in year 5 and 6 carried out an investigation using the Internet to find out the origins of the day and what happens in France. This week they created a red, white and blue "cocarde" worn by French people during the revolution. Pupils worked hard to create some beautiful rosettes!
