Getting to grips with 4 digit numbers

We have really enjoyed our maths over the past few weeks developing and showing our understanding of 4 digit numbers. We’ve used lots of different methods to help us, used apparatus, completed lots of problem solving activities and played some great games too. Our particular favourite was Place Value Yahtzee which really tested our knowledge as we rolled dice and attempted to match our numbers to specific criteria.
