First Day in 4H

We've had a great first day back in 4H today. Once we'd organised ourselves and had a look round our new classroom we set to work on describing ourselves using only emojis which was lots of fun. We then showed these on the board and had to guess who each one belonged to. It turns out that lots of us seem to know each other really well but it also gave those that don't know each other so well a great insight into each others families and pets, likes and dislikes and hobbies and we could see lots of things we had in common too. This afternoon we thought about making our class rules in pairs and then shared in groups writing down our top five. Everyone came up with brilliantly thoughtful responses from which we created our own class set having listened to each group share their ideas to the class. 

We all really enjoyed our first day back, so much so that we are even thinking we might come back tomorrow!
