Friday Festive fun in 4H

We had great fun this Friday morning making our Christmas cards, coming soon to a household near you!

In the afternoon as our choir members were out spreading some festive cheer through their great singing, the remaining children decided to spread some Christmas cheer to Year One. Year Four picked a Christmas or Winter picture book and practised reading it with expression to a friend before we took them down to 1A to read to them and discuss with them. We then went to see 1H to share stories with them too and were just in time to help them get started with their Christmas saltdough decorations. It was lovely to see the child enjoy working together and certainly brought lots of smiles to lots of faces. Thank you for having us Year One!
