DIGITAL MUSIC & IT

This week half of the children in Classes 4J and 4H have been exploring two digital online music programmes as part of their IT Curriculum.

The children have loved exploring musical sequences and loops within Isle of Skye online programme using the laptops. They created and edited musical islands to produce some very interesting loops.

They also went on to begin exploring the range of drum machines and kits within GarageBand. Eventually, at the end of the unit, the children will have created a 3 or 4 layered musical track and save it as an audio file.
