Creating an Egyptian Sarcophagus

This half term we have been learning about Ancient Egypt. The children found the concepts of Mummies fascinating and having discussed the preservation methods (yuck!) we made these Sarcophagus boxes. We then created mummies out of clay and string to put inside our boxes.
