Conjunction Junction. What's your function?

Today Year Two have been learning all about conjunctions which are connectives which join sentences together. Examples of these include: because, but, however, even though, otherwise, and, so, or and nor. The children cut helping hands out and joined them together to form lovely long sentences complete with connectives in the middle of them. The children really enjoyed this lesson and used a variety of higher level conjunctions.
