CLASS 4R -NEWSREPORTS IPAD PROJECT

Class 4R has been involved in an iPad Newsreport project linked to two aspects of British History. After spending time independently researching The Great Fire of London and The Plague, the children began to draft together in pairs and then groups, a TV Newsreport. They were then introduced to the DV Prompter APP to transfer their script to the iPad. Following this process, the children then rehearsed their interview scripts and finally introduced costumes and props before using the Green Screen APP.  Each group's final dramatic reconstructions of the Newsreports were videoed.

The children are looking forward to editing and finalising their Newsreport videos after half term and then sharing them on the school website.
