Class 4J- English (Writing)

This week, pupils in Year 4 have begun writing their biography using their knowledge of the language and structural features of the genre. This had followed much analysis of the vehicle text ( 'Manfish') and model text provided.

As part of this work, and in order to improve their writing skills, the children have been practising being the teacher this week! They have been given the opportunity to mark a piece of work and then feedback their findings. The children loved these starter activities which really have helped them go on to improve their own writing.
