Class 4J- Writing Expanded Noun Phrases

During this session, the children were provided with a number of illustrations from our Vehicle text, 'The Whale'. The children revised what nouns, adjectives, verbs and adjectives and were then asked in teams to gradually build up expanded noun phrases. 

Some excellent phrases were produced and subsequently displayed on out Working Wall for future use in our writing lessons.
