Class 4J-Sports and Arts Week

The children in Class 4J have thoroughly enjoyed this year’s annual theme week based around sports and art.

They continued the week with martial arts, frisbee, dodgeball and football. Each child worked hard in each of these sports to gain points for their school house.

In the classroom, the children continued with their artwork and designed and produced some fantastic Mexican prints which were then painted onto white TShirts. These were shared and worn in Friday’s Certificate and Thene Week Celebration Assembly ( see the fatastic photos below). They also made skeletal wire masks, colourful Ono de Dios and a piece of Mexican Mirror Art. These final pieces of artwork were quite fiddly however the children created some excellent pieces!
