CLASS 4J -ENGLISH

Over the last two week's the children have been introduced to their next vehicle text for writing, 'Manfish' - A Sory of Jacques Cousteau written by Jennifer Berne. During the initial sessins, the children tried to predict the theme of the text by looking at clues and dlinking these together. The children went on to read the text and analyse elements of its' biographical features.

During the second week, the children were asked to begin to use the book to note down facts about Jacques Cousteau as well as grouping given facts under biographical sub headings.
