CLASS 4J - Maths

This week the pupils in Class 4J have begun to start looking at multiplying two digit numbers by a one digit number. The children have used a range of practical mathematical equipment and visual representations of the calculations this week to help support their understanding of such multiplication calculations. They have then used more formal written methods alongside these. The children will move onto multiplying three digit numbers by a one digit number next week.
