Class 10 -Victorian Mill Room Reconstruction

Lesson: History

Class 10 dressed up in Victorian clothing to reconstruct a typical mill room environment. They improvised with a range of classroom furniture and school artefacts/materials to create a working room. Following this, they were then asked to go into role as their Victorian character and to act out a typical day's work at the mill. They were overseen by Mr Jackson who was played by Mrs Jones, and also by Mr Venables, the machine operator.
