CHINESE TEACHERS VISIT LACEY GREEN PRIMARY

On Thursday, 30 Chinese Primary School Teachers visited Lacey Green Primary academy to observe two of our Wider Opportunities Music sessions in the hall. They arrived just after lunch and came to initially watch our Year 6 pupils in Class 6SB in their lesson taught by Mrs Tennant and Mr Turner. The visitors enjoyed listening to the children rehearsing some of their pieces using their brass and woodwind instruments.Folllowing this came the Year 5 lesson whereupon, the children were beginning to try out the different instruments on offer for the year. The Chinese teachers also trialled the instruments alongside the children.
