Bridge Making in R2 for DT Week
R2 started off D&T week by making bridges for the goats to cross the river and eat the green grass. We started off the morning by looking at different bridges all over the world and what they are made of. We then decided what materials we could use and had a go at making our own bridges. We then tested our bridges to see if they could hold the weight of a goat; however some children decided to further test their bridges by using a range of toys such as people, cars and zoo animals to really put their bridges to the test!
