Big green tractor time!
As part of our farm topic the children have been treated to another surprise visit; this time from a huge green JohnDeere tractor and a hay baler! The local farmer brought the tractor in for a visit this morning to see just how big they really are and learn all about how tractors are used on farms. We discussed and looked at how the machinery works to collect in all the hay from the fields at Harvest time.
