Becoming chefs at Pizza Express

On Tuesday, despite the hale and rain, we made our way to Pizza Express and managed to get there with only a little shower. We had a fantastic morning making Margarita Pizzas. We learnt lots of techiniques and managed to impress the staff at Pizza Express who asked us to come back and help with the night time service! I think we have some future Master Chefs in the making! As part of the trip the children were given the opportuntity to try some different foods. I was very impressed by the number of children who tried the different foods and how many asked for more black olives!!! However most children enjoyed the pepperoni best.
