An Afternoon with an Author

This afternoon, the children in Year Four were extremely lucky to be visited by local author, Diana Shaw. She told us lots about her career and also gave us lots of advice to help with our writing too. After reading extracts of her books, she tasked the children with casting a short scene based on one of her stories with the help of a checklist to make sure the scene flowed nicely.
