4J Investigating melting

Today in Science, as part of our states of matter unit, 4J investigated how temperature affects the rate of melting in solids. 

They timed how long it took for an ice cube took to melt in cold water, water at room temperature and warm water.

They recorded their results and used them to find a relationship between temperature and the rate of melting.
