Be careful in the jungle Tom!

In Year 2, we received a letter from Tom. Tom is on a journey through the jungle and we must write a letter to inform him of the dangers he might face. Hungry lions.. cheeky monkeys.. hissing snakes.. steep waterfalls !!!

First we thought about the different noises, animals, and ways to travel through the jungle. We thought of different verbs and created noun phrases to describe the dangers. We then created freeze frames with our learning partners to show the dangers Tom would face. Take a look in the photos below.

We have got an important job on our hands this week. We need to write to Tom to warn him and tell him to be careful!
